Can't export find my friend's emails anymore

I used to be able to find my friend’s emails so I can refresh a mailing list of mine so I can let them know when maintenance is happening. I can’t do that anymore. I think this happened in the last 5 months.

Was this feature removed? I see the new UI, but it feels feature-incomplete. It feels like the new UI is missing information. I click through everything I can, but I still can’t find their email addresses.
