I used to be on centos 6 and latest plex with no problems, today after a new clean build with CentOS7 and clean install of plex, I can not see my server.
Firewalls and selinux is completely turned off but local plex is stuck in
A server could not be found. Download and install Plex Media Server, and it will appear here.

I have been scratching my head and scanning the ports, any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

The server is running? (ps -ef)127.0.0.1:32400/web, it should prompt you to complete the initialization (license agreement and initial library creation).
Have you completed those steps?

If you are using any script-blocking, turn it off. Also, run your browser in normal mode. It’s perfectly safe to do so when using http://127.0.0.1
If have a firewall (the default Linux one), you will need to open ports to connect to your server. These will be permanent.
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201543147-What-network-ports-do-I-need-to-allow-through-my-firewall-
Lastly, if none of this works. Stop Plex, go to /var/lib/plexmediaserver and delete the Library and let it be recreated when you start Plex again.
It will take a moment to create the directories and prepare itself for the initial screen / setup wizard.
When you open your browser (no script blocking, regular mode) to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web you will be presented with the wizard.

I am running this on the remote server with domain name, so can’t reach localhost.
Thanks for pointing out the library location, as I have deleted but instead of initializing just logged me back in again.
I found the logs though!
Only error I can find is this

Had you said you are running remote, I would have immediately instructed you otherwise.
Go to this page: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200288586-Installation
Scroll down to “On a different network”
You are going to create a ssh tunnel and route the remote host’s console back to your browser through the ssh tunnel.
This is the only way you can initialize PMS when remote. This first step must be done ‘as if on the console’.

Nevermind, I have manually curled the data and claimed the server!
