Change error message when more than allowable transcodes tries to join

I have my plex server running 24/7 which uses a Core i5 4570T processor. It works great for two 1080p transcodes, so I have plex set to limit to 2 transcoded streams. When a third person tries to watch at the same time, it throws the error message

“Server Error - Could not direct play because: App Cannot Direct play this item. Direct play is disabled. Could Not transcode because: Not Enough CPU for conversion of this item”

The end user was confused as to what this meant. I feel like since I have my plex server to limit it to 2 transcoded streams, that the error message should say something along of line of “server has reached maximum number of transcoded streams, please try again later”.

What client are you seeing this error?

This was on an apple tv 4k and on a windows 10 plex media player. The message is supposed to be there, I would just like it to be clearer to the end user that the maximum number of transcodes has been reached. In my case, I set it to 2 transcodes maximum, so plex server should try to direct play or tell the end user that the maximum transcoded streams has been reached. It shouldn’t attempt a third transcode.

This is a suggestion to better the user experience because while I’m the one who set up the server, and fully understand it’s limitations and what the error message means. None of the rest of my family is tech savvy enough to understand.

The error message could be something like " Maximum number of transcoded streams reached and unable to direct play, please try again later"

Id like this as well.
The error-message is confusing to the end user.

A better alternative would be something in the line of «the servers max number of concurrent transcoding sessions has been reached. If you still want to play this item, please direct play»

To improve the experience even more, have a direct play toggle in the dialogue box
