I noticed that my Plex stopped showing as accessible remotely lately. (Friday?) I restricted my IPs originally to US only but I believe Plex uses Amazon EC2, so I added all the Amazon EC2 IPs.

Plex is using EC2, correct? Or is there another place they’re doing remote access checking?
You will have to allow Ireland as well. They changed the IPs.
I’ve been hitting my head against the wall on this one for a while. Then it dawned on me to check the blocked requests.

I ended up writing a script that parsed all the Amazon EC2 IPs so I could update my IP settings correctly on my firewall.
