Change to specific channel

Is there any possible way to tune to a specific channel without finding a show from that channel?

My wife likes to watch to HGTV while we’re having lunch, but unless I find a show that is on air at that exact moment, I’m stuck.

Would love to see that feature implemented asap. I understand the legal issues with grid-view, but we should at least be able to tune to a specific channel at any time.

Not at the moment. It should tell you what channel each item is on when looking at “On Right Now” though?

Yes, I would also like the ability to watch a specific channel and not rely on “On Right Now”.

Yup, need ability to type in a channel number, or name, etc. and tune it in. Also need ability to set specific times to record a specific channel…
