Hi, I automatically install updates via my preset maintenance slot but is there a way to get emails of changelogs for each version? I recently discovered there’s a ‘new’ movie database but it came out some time ago so I updated my movie library to the new one by chance, it would’ve been nice to know about this beforehand though. I subscribe to the newsletter so there they inform us of all the big changes sure but now I’m kinda wondering what else I’m missing out on since I don’t get to see the changelogs with each new update.
You can bookmark the release announcements here in the forum (using the forum’s bookmark button below the last post in the announcement thread).
If it’s not immediately working you might want to check out the forum preferences of your account
Email is easier to find and navigate through but ok I guess this is the solution Plex is choosing to implement.
My apologies for not being more clear.
By bookmarking the PMS release announcement thread you’ll receive e-Mail notifications if a new post is added (unless you found some way to disable it in the forum settings)
