I want to change the user agent of plex, when its connecting to a stream. Specificly when connecting to a *.mov stream from within the movie list (trailers) - Possible?

We're fixing the user agent for AMT in an upcoming release. We may or may not (probably will) let plugins specify custom UAs.
The AMT user agent has already been fixed, and plug-ins can already specify custom UAs :) It's been supported for the last couple of releases.
See, we're so awesome stuff has been fixed even before I even think about it!
