Thanks for posting the archive. We've started working on porting the blog articles over to the new Zendesk knowledge base but it's kinda slow going.
Yesterday I got all of the articles moved over to the new knowledge base, they should start showing up as they go through the final edit/approval process. Don't have direct timeframe on this but probably won't be all that long. We'll update the link to them all here once they are ready to view.

Is the wiki page for the unsupported plug-ins gone for good, since there's no more wiki, or ?

Thanks for the heads-up. That link is fixed now. I agree it would be nice to have a more direct way of bringing errors/issues on the Knowledge Base to the attention of the admins.
I am very much a noob when it comes to channel development, but I really am trying to learn it. I follow all the instructions and can’t seem to get any media to show up. Is there a good guide on troubleshooting? I checked all my XPATH queries with XPATH Checker in Firefox and all that seems fine. My channel keeps coming back with a blank no media page and I don’t understand the proper way to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks in advance.
