Channel List NEEDED

I am loving the Plex Live TV/DVR - biggest problem appears to be that you cannot straight Tune direct to a Channel number, nor is there even a Listing of the actual Channels. Only Programs List.

This makes it SUPER difficult to locate a channel to watch Live unless you know the name of the program. If i want to watch the HISTORY channel, i have to know the name of the program currently On to get to that channel, only i don’t know the name of all the programs on that channel making it very difficult.

Needs to be an option in the program Guide for “Channels” instead of the normal program categories it has (Movies, Sports, Shows, News, Watch Now).

Would also be useful to be able to ENTER a Channel Number somewhere and go direct to it - whether in the Top search field or a new Channel Entry Field.

A channel list would be a very natural option indeed. Please add it ! :smile:

Yeah, a better way to browse what is on is absolutely needed. A channel list view would make this usable for the whole house

Also voting for this feature. Sometimes I just want to watch whatever is on a specific network, very difficult to do this right now.

Absolutely required… can’t believe such a basic feature wasn’t in the baseline release.

I’m so pissed to see that this has been requested since September with absolutely no response from anyone of Plex.

Why do they always keep coming with these half-baked features without doing a proper beta and getting feedback for them, ugh >.<

If you click on the icon for the video it will show then what channel it’s on like this “Starting in 12 min on 205 VEL” But yes it is very hard and takes a lot of time to find what channel you want doing it that way.

It be nice if it show it on the root of viewing the 2 week data.

I hope they add this in a update.
