When using XMLTV, if the channel logo is hosted from an HTTP source instead of HTTPS, no Plex client will display the logo.
Plex really should be caching the channel logo along side the rest of the things it already caches. This would solve the problem.

Dispatcharr actually but same idea.
Check if there are option to cache images, if yes then disable it and refresh guide data at plex.
Thank you. I am one of the developers of Dispatcharr actually and I did add an option to do exactly that. However, I do still think this is something Plex should do. Otherwise any custom logos don’t work without feeding them through a reverse proxy first.
ErsatzTV had the same problem of logos not displaying in Plex live TV. The developer created an option to use an external URL. Using imgur to host with this option fixed it, but it worked fine in the Plex Android app before the most recent version. Plex really should fix it.
Having the same problem, using xteve or threadfin the same, logos are missing in Plex Dvr (android clients).
Really should be fixed or enabled something to make this work, since it was perfectly fine before and update.
Bumping to prevent this from closing since we haven’t heard from Plex yet.
I have this same issue using Tunarr. Very annoying.
