Classical music performer matching

I’m having difficulty getting the new metadata matching with AllMusic to match correctly, especially for classical performers.

For example, I have an album of Prokofiev piano sonatas performed by Barbara Nissman. She does have an entry in AllMusic here:

However, if I hit “refresh metadata”, it will change the artist name to Sergei Prokofiev. I can then ‘unmatch’, change the name back to Barbara, then re-try to fix the match and refresh metadata, at which point it sometimes works, but sometimes it will pull in no biography, or an older biography from last.fm. It doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Could this be fixed so that:

  1. The artist in the mp3 metadata is respected, even if it’s not the composer.
  2. Could someone explain what is the right “plex dance” to do to match the full biography/specialized metadata features for a classical music performer?
