I’m not talking about the third party plug in. I want to be able to have a drive on my server that plex can access, then be able to stream my comics and save where I last read, what I’ve already read, and the next in line to read.
Exactly the way TV shows are on Plex is what I’m talking about for comic books.
I have almost 90,000 comic books on my server. All in cbz format. Typically read them on my iPad Pro 12. If I switch devices then I have to redo my “read” list every step of the way. I read every day so that’s a lot of stuff to have to deal with. Plus I’d be able to share my comic books with my friends that share my account and they’d be able to read too.
I’d be willing to do all the alpha and beta testing needed. Offer feature suggestions, etc.
Plex is such a great tool for shows, movies, music, and podcasts, that I love to have my comics on it too.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
