Hi there, I’ve been using Plex for a long while, but never had a need to share with anyone. Looking through the various options for sharing, I’m a bit confused about “Home user”, “Guest” or “invited user”. What are the differences, and why would I want to use one instead of another? Thanks!

That is correct. This is the reason why you should only use managed users for people living in your household with you. For all other users, the ‘friend’ sharing is the way to go.
