This will never be possible. Not from a technical, but a legal viewpoint.

Then how is it that Enjoy Movies Your Way does this legally and Plex cant? Is it a difference in services being offered? Not trying to argue but there are apps that do this legally.

I suppose there’s a difference in what they consider to be legal (not violating US copyright laws by not storing/distributing the media by themselves) and potentially violating the streaming providers‘ terms.
