Hello,
Since January 1, the Plex Web App on Mac OS X is limiting my “continue watching” videos to just six. As I watch another video, the least recently accessed video is dropped from the list (even though I may have been only one quarter way through the video).
I do not believe that this is a server (database) problem as these videos are still showing as “Unwatched” when accessing the particular videos directly in their libraries.
I don’t think there’s been any updates on January 1…
What preferences did you set for continue watching? Settings > [Server Name] > Libraries > …
Weeks to consider for Continue Watching Media that has not been watched in this many weeks will not appear in Continue Watching.
Maximum number of Continue Watching items which will appear. Limits the number of shows which will appear Continue Watching. Setting it too high can affect performance.
Include season premieres in Continue Watching New season premieres will always appear no matter how many weeks have passed since watching.
There were set at 16 and 40. I amended them, saved them, shutdown and restarted the server and changed them back to 16 and 40. And it is now working properly. Should have tried that initially. Working now anyway. Thanks.
