Hi all,
I apologise if this is in the wrong section/category I was unsure as to which it would come under.
With all my Plex media files I try to convert everything to MP4 web optimised but sometimes if I leave Handbrake on converting things over night it seems to of crashed, no error on screen just the application has quit.
I am using Handbrake 0.9.5 (x86_64) on CentOS 6.9
Any ideas and suggestions would be great, thank you.

Handbrake Guide in my signature, but I know nothing about CentOS.
You might want to try a newer version of Handbrake.
1.0.7 is the latest and seems to be more stable than previous versions.
Thank you for your reply, I believe it is the latest version that I have for CentOS.
I’ve checked the software manager and it appears to be the latest version on there.

Handbrake doesn’t do BluRay ISO files.
MakeMKV - to get an MKV file with the original video and audio streams - then Handbrake.

I can’t tell you why Handbrake isn’t working on some OS I’ve never heard of before that’s so far out in the Galaxy you have to use an ancient version of Handbrake.
I’m not trying to do any kind of ISO files?
I’m just trying to convert the MKV to MP4 playback to AAC/H264
I’ll take a look into it but if it doesn’t work I’ll look into backing up everything and then switching the OS as the Handbrake website shows a version for Ubuntu but not CentOS, I believe the CentOS version I have was built using a release of their source code but I cannot confirm 100%
