can you put a direct download link of your apks (plexamp、plex dash 、plex mobile、plex tv) on your website, because somewhere the google play can nor reachable.

You can download the APKs from the release announcement posts (at least for the recent versions) – that covers at least the Android (mobile) and Android TV side.
