Crashing 5 times a day.. PLEASE HELP!

having issues!
wont stop crashing.. I attached my crash log, and server log

if you started the back up before getting logs need the previous one. I would be the one with the number 1 at the end. Plex Media Server 1.log

This is happening to me as well and we are looking into it.
