I have just upgraded to Plex 9 and wanted to setup as custom scanner as my tv series arent being picked up.
I have been using Plex .8 for a while now and decided today to upgrade to .9 - I want to use some of the IOS functions.
My folder Structure is; House >> Season 1 >> 001.avi
In 8 I had used the advancedsettings.xml with this regex “Season._ \/[^\/]*”
I have tried editing the default scanner and creating my own but neither method seems to have worked - I think perhaps the regex needs modifying?!
Any help would be appreciated!!
I recommend you look at this post about installing a custom scanner, if you haven’t already. I think there are a few other posts from people who did something similar.
