There may well be an issue with the iOS app with enabling relay
If the plex relay is established through a different mobile device, does the iOS app make use of the connection or does it still fail
There are two separate aspects here
- Does the iOS app instigate the event that results in the relay service being started for the server
- Does the iOS app make use of a working Plex Relay route started by another app
I suggest you get server and iOS app logs for both of these
Starting with a fresh set of server logs after a restart - having enabled debug logging beforehand
and also emailing the ios app debugging data (logs zip) to yourself and then attaching with the zipped server logs
and identifying times when each was attempted
