Suggested SQLite3 DB Optimizations

As introduced in a separate thread, I believe the database could be improved as follows: PRAGMA synchronous from FULL to NORMAL. Note: The DB is already in WAL mode. PRAGMA temp_store from 0 to 2. Cache size (not default_cache_size) enlarged. Page_size enlarged from 1024 (which is the old default but the current SQLite3 default is 4096) PRAGMA locking_mode from normal to exclusive. It’s actually a very simple answer to why it’s like this: Old code and Technical debt .

Plex is older, hence it’s a lot harder to change things. Which is why I’m kind of annoyed that Plex is refusing to at least change the client default value while we wait for “the solution”.
