There used to be an option on PLEX web where I could delete I a movie if I felt it was corrupt or the film in general was rubbish. I was able to also do this on the TV by clicking on the film and selecting the 3 DOT’s or lines and you have the option to Mark as played or delete. This option is know longer available.
Can you advise if this has been removed
Which TV type?
I have a LG TV new, but the option is not there is when I logon also on the PC using PLEX web the option has been removed.
Also automatic subtitles no longer works which is did previously, plex has been updated numerous times this year, so might have to go back from January and see which firmware it stopped on
Hold your horses.
Settings -Server - Library - ‘Show Advanced’ - “Allow media deletion”
And of course the above is only affecting this particular server.
I have just seen this, and enabled it THANKS. This must have disabled when updating regularly and didn’t even notice. Can’t believe I missed this. thanks away.
Next up sort out my TV programmes library why not finding them.
