Deleting the last show in a TV series crashes Plex every time. This was an issue that was identified and resolved in previous versions (1-2 years ago), but it’s back as of about a week ago.
Yeah, we had a regression that will be fixed in the next update. Sorry for the troubles.

While you guys are at it, feel free to move the delete button back to the main page so it doesn’t require 6 keypresses to delete a DVRed episode 
This issue should be resolved in the latest preview update, version 6.6.9. We have also added a button to delete for DVR content.
Outstanding… just confirmed the delete issue was resolved for me in the Preview release. The delete button back on the main page of the Episode is fantastic too (sometimes the little things make a big difference). Thanks so much!
