difference between phone and tablet versions

I have just installed some channels on my Windows PMS (WHS-2011) and tried to access them via my several clients.



Interestingly, the channel section shows up in these clients:

~Windows Notebook

~ATV2

~iPhone 4S

~LG Phone (Android 2.3.4)

~ROKU XS



but not at:

~iPad

~IdeaPad A1 (7" Android Tablet with 2.3.4)



both Tablets do have the same app (version) installed as their corresponding Phone colleagues as well as do have the same seetings configured.



Am I missing something here? Why is there a difference between the phone and tablet versions of the mobile clients in handling channels?

I’m not aware of any difference between the phone and tablet versions of the app. That sounds a little odd. Do your local content sections all show up normally on both phone and tablet clients?

Yes, all the content (three different sections with movies and TV Shows show up fine on all clients.



The difference is just the channels.
