can someone guide me on how to disable the Online Media Sources for my kids and other managed users ?
i only see option to disable music
They should all be listed under Settings > Account > Online Media Sources from where you can individually enable/disable all online sources.

The online media sources are not available in a few countries: Frequently Asked Questions - Free Live TV Streaming on Plex | Plex Support
If you are in one of these countries, you won’t even see them listed in your account.
However: if you and/or your kids are using VPN software which make them appear as if they were in a different country, the online media sources will re-appear to them.
In order to access the settings for all online media sources, you as the admin will have to use a VPN as well.
