I’ve done some searching and can not find a suitable answer. The skinny is that file/path name is too long and causes it to gets deleted from the offline viewing device. If this this is mostly an issue with anime titles. Is there a way to stop to get plex to truncate long files names? I’ve already tried using a junction to change the path but of course the client looks at the long path not the new location.
