Driving me insane: Unable to stream 4K, HDR using Plex

Your right, the soundbar supports eARC. However, the TV doesn’t… :frowning:

What version of the app are you using? The one that comes pre-built on the Shield is old, but you can update those from the Play store. The latest version is 7.15 and was released recently.

FYI - I have a Shield and use it all the time and it is working for me.

I go to the app store when I go to the app store it says installed and I hit update and then it’s updated I even uninstall it the app and the built-in lan still there then I go back to the store and reinstall updated again so is there a hidden story that I don’t know about because I have the new shield not the original and I have the small new one

mine says version 7.14.18 9954 and it says it’s up to date and that’s no other update when I go to the app store so how do you have 15

It’s being rolled out in phases. Maybe it hasn’t gotten to you yet. I also find the Play store on the Shield itself to sometimes be slow in showing updates. Try using a web browser to check and then push the update from there if you see it.
