I have a channel that I’d like to have in my library twice as I have two different accounts set up with it. I’ve duplicated the channel, renamed the bundle, changed the @route and put in a new CFBundleIdentifier - what am I missing here?

You have to have a unique prefix (@handler) and title in the init.py and a unique CFBundleIdentifier in the info.plist. And you must restart PMS, if you make changes to a plist file.
Also, these changes may take up to 24 hours to see on Plex Web, unless you clear the cache.
