Forgive me if there’s a better place to post this, but if there is, I cannot find it.
Since first trying the DVR functionality (with HDHomeRun tuner) I have never been able to have it save any recording in MP4. Whenever I set that option, nothing was saved at all (or even recorded perhaps). Why?
Just converting (re-muxing) from the ts file to an MP4 is not hard work, but is this problem CPU power related? Or is there something else I am not aware of?
Currently I’m running PMS on. Mac Mini 5,3 Mid 2011 (2.0 GHz Quad core i7) and I would have thought it more than capable of such a simple task. In which case, why have I been unable to do this?
