My Plex DVR works fine, but I’ve noticed that when playing back most of my recordings, the episodes have small errors in them that skip ahead a second or two several times, cutting out dialogue and making the scene harder to understand. It’s much like when normal digital television skips, except the error happens way too often to be normal. I’m upgrading to a new, larger range antenna to try to fix the issue, but the antenna might not be the problem, and I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this issue, hence this post.
I had a very similar issue. I have a HD Homerun. I just reset the changed the transcoder settings on the HR to medium, and the stuttering disappeared.

That doesn’t really help me, as I don’t use a HR tuner (Happauge tuners are cheaper and work fine).
