Currently when viewing who you are sharing to or who has shared to you the category is strictly “Friends”. It would be better if we could categorize shares to be more descriptive based on association, ie coworkers, clients, that hottie from reddit, etc.
There’s an existing feature suggestion aiming to group users for sharing purposes. Though that request is focusing more on applying the same permissions.
