Enable Labeling for Music Artists not just Albums

So I am trying to setup music for my son by filtering his content access to the the label “Kid Friendly”. Unfortunately this can only be applied to albums, It would be really nice to be able to click an Artist and attach a sharing label such as “Kid Friendly”.

Allow labeling individual songs (not just albums) for managed user restrictions

It would be nice to be able to allow individual songs in an album to labeled for managed user restrictions. For instance most of our albums are kid friendly. However, there are a couple of songs on some albums that have content that we don’t want them playing on their device even though the rest of the album is fine. It would be nice to be able to individually label a song instead of having to pull out the big hammer and kill the whole album.

Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

From what I read that’s talking about labeling Per Song. I’m asking about labeling by Artist.

That being said… there’s a suggestion for that too (although it’s got even less votes; none at the moment).

Add Sharing Tags By Music Artist Please

I’m creating libraries for my kids who have user accounts. I can’t add tags by artist, but I can by album - can you please add by artist as adding each album is very laborious i.e. having to tag 1000s of albums, and then having to remember to do new albums per artist. That way when a new artist is added I can decide if current and future albums are appropriate. Thanks
