Endless loading indicator in iOS and Android Settings Notifications

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7621
Player Version#: iOS 8.2.7

When I navigate to the Settings menu and select Notifications, a endless loading indicator appears, and the content does not load.

I have this issue on both Android and iOS

Seems to be working fine now. I assume a hotfix was deployed.
