I noticed my mother who is a shared user can’t see subtitles in videos on her iPad, later by viewing her settings compare to my iPad, I saw that she doesn’t have the experimental video player enabled and if I try to enable it, it asks for a Plex pass which should have technically since she is a family member. Is there a way to enable this for her w/o having her to use my account/pin ?
After searching on the forum, I saw w/o her using this experimental settings I can enable subtitles in ios accessibility menu and that seems to do the trick for her subtitles on iPad, but I was still wondering about the enhanced video player option for family members.
