Error code: s4032 (Manifest) What is the Problem?

When I try to play a movie I am getting Error Code s4032 (Manifest). What could be the problem?

It seems that I keep running into a bunch of different problems trying to use Plex. I have never tried Emby or Jellyfin yet. Maybe they are not as problematic as Plex.
