Anyone wanna code a plug-in?
I've attached a .strm file and a Site Config to show that it is possible....

the .strm file is kinda nice, in that it plays a live game (if available)

FYI: Site Config does NOT have Control Settings.

You’re keen, you should jump in a write one yourself, it’s not hard.



That said, I’ve started to look at this, how to get meta-data etc. and it looks promising so far. I’m super busy at work right now so have little time for this, but I’ll try and get something basic together soon.

I am keen, but I've spent some time looking at it and can't seem to find where or how specific games/events are called. It appears to be Javascript, which I have no idea about.

I’ve been wanting a flipping ESPN360 plugin since Plex first got plugins. Anything I can do to help you guys out let me know! Testing, documenting, background artwork, whatever. If I knew squat about Python (or if plugins could be written in COBOL, Basic, or PHP) I’d code it myself.

ETA: Oh heck, you’ve updated it since I got home! And, I should probably have put this on the other thread, maybe?





Ok, it seems to work here. But, it seems to only be displaying about the top half of the player window and stretching it vertically to fill the screen. For instance, the black bars on the sides of most of the broadcasts have “ESPN 3” written in them sideways… well, on the left I see part of the P and the N3, on the right I see ES and most of the P.



Also, it would be great if the broadcasts could be divided into categories by sport, and for the replays it would be nice if the date displayed beside each of them.



I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am that it even works at all, though. Good show!
