Is there an ETA on the channels working for plex on the xbox one? I mean its a powerful machine and when you market it for the xbox one you really should put that in bold.
they never give a road map or an eta
Well that sucks, pair that with no xfinity support next gen consoles are making me pull my hair out
Then may I suggest: www.rogaine.com :)

I must say, that was definitely a good one.
They advertise a new app you think it would be complete they don't even support play queues or playlists. Crock of ■■■■

Yeah it doesn't make sense why their early access apps arn't fully completed with all features working.

"Preview Release". It doesn't mean what you think it means.
And where exactly does it specify that it is a preview release, or more exactly a Beta.
- Maybe on the main product page: https://plex.tv/xbox
From the page:
"Plex for Xbox is currently available for free to Plex Pass subscribers. In the future, it will be made available, for a fee, to those without a Plex Pass. In addition to the Xbox app, a Plex Pass also gives you exclusive premium features and early access to new ones."
Am I really to understand that the app is actually in early access?
- Maybe it is on the plex feature pages then: https://plex.tv/features
Sorry again, from the page:
"Available on most devices
Run Plex Media Server on your Windows, Mac or Linux computer and stream to your iOS, Android, Windows Phone 8 or Windows 8.1 device. Have multiple TVs in your house? No problem, Plex also works on Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Google TV, Xbox, PlayStation®, VIZIO, and many late-model smart TVs. Plex is even available on most network-attached storage devices"
Am I missing the part where it says it is actually in Beta?
- Surely they must say something on the Plex Pass Features page: https://plex.tv/subscription/welcome
But yet again:
"Enjoy your media on your Xbox or PlayStation® with the free Plex app and a Plex Pass."
- Ok then, I am going to explore the forums to see what other people say about it:
But wait, I cannot access the XBox Plex Forums without a Plex Pass...
- Because, I am pretty thourough in doing my due diligence, I am going to go through the blog, where you will find the post about the XBox app only on page 4; and obviously no reference to it in the recent posts menu.
Indeed I can see that not all features are supported. Although they state "We’re working hard to add photo and music support!", whatever that means for them.
Again, where does it clearly state that it is a Beta. Ohhh yes, maybe when they say: "If you don’t have a Plex Pass, you’ll be able to purchase the apps with a one-time fee after the Plex Pass preview period". Good luck finding that out when you are a normal person looking for a Media server solution.
To be honest, the same argument could be made for a majority of the Plex Pass Apps and features out there, which are unfortunatly crippled by bugs and missing features, months, if not years after they have been anounced.
Plex, here is an idea put forward by what I guess is a large majority of your user base: why dont you stop making a gazillion features and make what you already have actually work?
Ohhh, and to respond to the OP: Don't hold your breath!

If only there was a place we could see a list of the preview apps with early access...
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201844613-Early-Access-Preview-Releases
I was going to respond to the others, but I do agree that Plex is marketing too aggressively with a majority of people not understanding what a client that is only available to plex pass users means.
I am certainly not being on the offensive with you, but according to this link, I am simply understading that I would have an early access to preview releases (including the xbox). In no way does it say that the current xbox app (or playstation... for that matters) is in fact a preview.

That is exactly my point. And how deep into the website do you expect people to go to find that kind of information.
This point has been beat to death in [this](https://forums.plex.tv/topic/143351-the-need-to-vent/) thread already and "sort of" acknowledged by Plex. Hopefully they will do something, but it's hard to change something like that at the drop of a hat. This discussion really belongs there though as it would be on topic and not derailing this thread. :)
