How can I report this issue to Plex?
I’d like to report that the Euronews Français channel does not work at all. It hasn’t been working for at least two months, that when I signed up my Plex lifetime license.

The channel is not supposed to be available in Canada.
That was a misconfiguration on plex’s side which will be rectified.
And no, unfortunately the availability of a stream on the channel owner’s website is no indication that Plex is allowed to make the stream available via their systems, without any restriction.

From my location (Canada), the following Plex channels work:
Euronews Español
Euronews Portuguese
Euronews Deutsch
Euronews Italiano
Only the Euronews Français does not work. In Canada, where French is one of the official languages.
I doubt that your explanation stands. Could you double check?

All the other Euronews languages are available in my location (Canada), only the French version does not work.
Unfortunately I can only confirm my initial response.
Euronews Français is not supposed to be available in CA.
This is nothing that Plex Inc. is free to decide. It is contractually fixed.

It cannot be adressed. As already explained above.
As for the “why”: only the owner of the content would know for certain. Plex is not the owner.
If I had to guess, I’d say they have already another legel or contractual obligation to not make it available in Canada. Probably because a third party already has an exclusive contract for the content in that geographic region.
Could you place me in contact with the person at Plex who negociate this contract?
