Export my library data

I noticed that plugins are going away so I’m not going to bother setting up ExportCSV plugin.

But, I want to get an export of all my media files and their data (I want to do a couple of things: (1) I want to generate a PDF of all my movies and collections so I know what I already own and post that for others to see as well, and (2) I want to track down my VC1 files so I can transcode them)

So is there a way to do this?

Utility plugins are still working… so you could consider to install ExportTools for that purpose.

But since plugins will go away, whats going to be the way to do it going forward?

I suppose we’ll need to deal with one problem at a time.
At the moment those utilities are still working…

True true. I was thinking maybe there was already a replacement way. I’ll use the ExportTools for now.
