[Feature Request] Auto-changing Posters / Artwork

After a while of looking at the same posters for each film it becomes a bit…stale. Your mind tends to skip past the posters you have seen 1000 times.

I’d love the option on the “posters” tab to turn on “auto change posters” (set for each film or overall) and once this is on, you could click multiple artworks you approve of, instead of just one, and it will auto cycle through these chosen covers each time the film appears in the interface.

This would help you re-consider movies and not auto-pass it, by having fresh posters of the same movie on a rotation. Making your entire collection look fresher each time you are scrolling through.

There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to automatically change posters. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

Change Posters automatically

I’d like to have the ability to have Plex change the posters on my movies and TV series automatically. Say after a set period of time the poster changes on its own.
