[Feature request] Content delete permission by library and user

Additional granularity for deleting content. Configurable by library and user.

Description

With my DVR, I have lots of content that I don’t want to keep. I’d like the ability to delete it easily.

Right now:

  1. Go to server
  2. Find library folder
  3. Find file that corresponds to what I want to delete
  4. Delete it
  5. Update library

This could be a single step option.
