Feature Request - Full OS Client Syncing (Mac/Windows)

It would be a great feature to be able to sync the same as on IOS but to MacOS X and Windows 8.

 

I have used IOS on iPad and the Application on Windows 8 Metro to Sync but would really love to be able to use the full plex Application to sync on my Macbook Air which I actually use far more often.

 

Please think about this, as it surely would be easy enough! You could buy a 2TB portable USB powered disk and sync everything for big travel. Would be awesome.

Not being able to sync to a laptop I think is Plex’s biggest omission. My films are around 10GB, and various Macbooks with small SSDs can’t take much. Please!
