If the last episode of a TV show is deleted from the library, then whenever it is added again every setting is returned to the “Default” (as if it never existed before). Things like posters, sharing settings, auto-deleting after watching settings, etc., all get resorted to default every time the last episode is watched and deleted from my library. The only way to prevent this is to always keep at least one file in my library, even if the show won’t return for an indefinite period.
I’d like the option for TV show placeholder to remain in my library, even if all files are deleted.
