Is this fixed in the new Plex Experience apps? Has anyone checked?
Since the experience app is currently only running on mobiles, I am also curious about it. On my mobile there is nothing indicating whether the content is Dolby Vision or not. Mine is android, maybe it’s different to apple.
However, i would suspect that this feature request is still not resolved
We will be adding this to the new Plex Experience apps (both Mobile and TV).

Wow, thats great news. I hope the clients will show this information soon, too. At least, filtering already works.

Which specific apps are still missing this for you?
Filter options are usually specified/provided by the server and just „consumed“ by the clients.
The (Android) TV app. There’s no DV tag on my end - only on the mobile version
Might come with the upcoming Plex Experience TV version.

There’s no tag, but you can filter by DOVI for sure, at least on my Shield 2019 Pro, it works and includes profile 5 encoded titles. So, half way there, but this is exciting lol.

Is there any hope to see the DV tag (or HDR10+) in the description of the movie, like the current 4k UHD? thanks Andrea
