Love Plex. Would like to add my hopes for the Music section.
My wishlist for music section of Plex.
I'd like the meta data options to be consistent on the Album Level and the Track/Song level. Genre's and Collections are only supported top level at the album today. No more than ever people are purchasing specific tracks not albums and even in the past people had to buy the full album but sometimes they only wanted a specific track or two. Each song should be able to carry a different genre or multiple genres.
Collections would also be helpful at the track level. I'm not going to use the dirty word "playlist" but collections are close to the same definition in a music sense.
Each track could by default inherit the albums fields but they could also be modified.
