I would like to see a pop-out window made that could function as a mini music player. Similar to what you already have at the bottom of the browser window, but you could pop-out that window from the browser tab, like Facebook chat as an example.
Adding some drop down selection lists or something to let you navigate and choose music from your library would be a cool bonus as well.
