Currently, granular refreshing below a section level is only possible via the web interface or the command line scanner. It would be very beneifical to be able to trigger this via the web API (similar to what is possible via Kodi). This would significantly speed up adding newly downloaded episodes to the Plex library, and cut down on unnecessarily scanning virtually an entire section of unchanged folders.
Please, add this ability to the Web API, or document it if it already exists. Thank You!
