Would like the possibility to share / like media to Facebook. Should have a like button on the left side of the interface on webplex player. (also the same abillity on other devices like phone, media center, xbox, ps4).
The like button should be connected to the social services you want, and when clicking this button you could innput you own toughts so on facebook it would list like this for movies:
I click like button on The Terminator movie and innput the text: Damn Arnold kick serious ass in this movie.
On my Facebook wall the following should be shown:
watched The Terminator on Plex
Followed by poster of the movie, some info of the movie (maybee link to IMDB for the movie
Followed by my input in plex: Damn Arnold Kick serious ass in this movie.
This i think is best for movies and tv show.
On music im not so sure, Maybee better to integrate automatic so when listening to a album / track it will be shown like spotiy, is listening to album/track
You want to use "tools" like this carefully if you download content you don't own and especially if you get screeners or similar.
Nothing like advertising you are watching something on your own system when it's not available yet. :)
I would never enable any feature like this on my system and if it were "client driven" I'm sure a great number of Plex users would stop using Plex at once.

I agree 100% there are some things you just don't need to "share" :D
Please do not waste programming resources on this.
I wanted to join Spotify for a long time buy when they started adding posts of EVERY song friends listened to on FB I knew I didn't want any part of it. Also I use Garmin products for my workouts and often do 7-9 workouts per week. It offers the option of posting info about every workout on FB. In the last 2 years since this option became available I have used it 0 times.
