Topic Title says all... so would that be possible in TV Show section... episode are sorted by viewed not by date aired.

Well, I am like a month behind so "recently aired" doesn't go further than month... When I add new tv show episodes.... the earlier get cut off... That's why I am asking that "On Deck" to be sorted by date aired so I know what next to watch instead of using "recently aired" to scroll all the way to the end but the shows that is not visible. No way for me to extend "recently aired" to include more episodes than it can. I have lots of shows meaning tons of episodes that are unwatched for a month or so. I am trying to catch up so that recently aired will be be useful.
The on deck list the shows I am currently watching while "recently aired" include both the show I currently watch and not watch. I hope you get what I mean.

It only maxed out at 60 episodes in recently aired.
On Deck by definition is not sorted by date, it will always show you the oldest unwatched episode of a series and can go back a year or more if configured to do so.
If you go into unwatched or recently viewed shows it will show you which TV shows have unwatched episodes and if configured will show you a badge with the specific number of unwatched episodes.
I am not sure how recently aired really gives you anything more if you are far behind on shows, why does it really matter if an episode just aired if you are 6 episodes behind?
TBH i am not sure if you can up the recently aired bit by messing around in the configuration of PlexConnect or if it is the PMS end but maybe someone else can help with this (PlexConnect is limited by what it can pull from the PMS though).

Much like what Plex Home Theater Does, The Airdate means nothing to me.
Perhaps a configurable option to display the airdate or not.

AH found it, it's easy enough to shuffle the layout here

The other benefit for me is if an item is added to Plex that is to New or isn't in the TV Guide that Plex fetches airdates from, I won't show up on the main screen unless you scroll down. i.e. easy to miss something,
With On Deck & Recently Added I now don't miss anything.
