I think alot of the functionality you describe already exists in the form of the watched/unwatched filters (which i realize you mentioned). However I can see a few benefits to the "archiving" system. Yeah, you can kind of do it using watched/unwatched. I may have to try it out. I still like the idea of having archives though. Like you said, having timed archives and I like your idea of hiding movies automatically. I really thing the archives could be fleshed out to be a really great feature. …
